Built on nearly two decades in the culinary industry and years spent cooking across Central Vermont, Tin Bucks was created to step away from the traditional restaurant grind and build something independent, honest, and built to last. The goal was simple: deliver high-quality barbecue at a fair price and fill a gap that was missing in the local food scene.
